About Frank

Frank Arnone is a retired partner of the Business Law Group at Cassels and former Co-Chair of the firm's Private Equity Group. His practice emphasized domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance for issuers, underwriters, and private equity clients. He wrote extensively on private equity, corporate finance, and securities topics and served on the board of CloudMD Software from 2021 to 2024.
