About Florian

Florian Arseneault is a partner and lawyer at the firm, originally from Petit-Rocher and living in Bathurst since 1994. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Université de Moncton (1985), a Bachelor of Laws from Université du Québec à Montréal (1988), and a second Bachelor of Laws from Université de Moncton (1990). He was called to the New Brunswick Bar in 1991 and has practised in Bathurst throughout his career, first with Robert Boudreau, then with Robichaud, Williamson, Godin, Thériault, Johnson, later Robichaud, Thériault, Riordon, Arseneault, and most recently as a partner at Riordon & Arseneault. His practice covers real estate, business, municipal law, wills and estates, and notarial services. He has long been active in community and professional organizations, including the AJEFNB, the Centre canadien de français juridique, and the Fédération des juristes d'expression française.
