About Éliane

Éliane Dussault began her career at Fiscalliance as a research assistant while completing her law studies. She holds a law degree and a master's degree in taxation from Université de Sherbrooke and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2014, practising as a tax lawyer who bridges the firm's tax and corporate law departments. Her work includes tax planning mandates and corporate execution, primarily professional incorporations, corporate reorganizations for business owners, and drafting related documents such as shareholder agreements.
