Douglas Desmond provides legal representation to clients in Chatham-Kent and surrounding southwestern Ontario counties including Essex, Lambton, Elgin and Middlesex, with the firm also having served clients further afield in Perth, Wellington, Halton Hills, Oxford, Huron, Grey, Bruce, Simcoe and Muskoka. He and his staff practise in business and contract law, real estate, wills, estate planning and estates devolution, and family law, including equalization of net family property and separation and cohabitation agreements. The firm has operated since 1992, helping clients settle their legal issues in plain, direct terms.
