About Devin
Devin Frank was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2017 and to the Alberta Bar in 2020. Born and raised in Calgary, he spent 13 years working and studying in England, Ireland, South Korea, and Montreal, including teaching criminal law and tort at a central London immigration law firm and undergoing advocacy training at the English Bar. He returned to Calgary in 2019, articling under Timothy E. Foster, K.C. in criminal law and Stephen B. Nelson in personal injury law, and is on the Alberta Legal Aid list of lawyers, frequently appearing for clients in criminal and family law courts. Frank's practice focuses on criminal defence and personal injury, representing individuals against corporations, governments, and police. He is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Bar of England and Wales, and an accredited civil and commercial mediator through ADRg London.
