About Deborah

Deborah Baradziej has practised family law exclusively for close to three decades, since earning her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1991. Her work covers common-law and Adult Interdependent relationships, property division, child and spousal support, and custody and parenting disputes, including high-conflict cases. She has appeared before all levels of Alberta court, including in Grande Prairie and Calgary. She is trained as a mediator, parenting coordinator, and arbitrator, and has experience in collaborative family law. She belongs to the Law Society of Alberta, the Law Society of British Columbia (retired), the Canadian Bar Association, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, the Alberta Mediation Society, and Family Mediation Canada.
