About Debbie

Debbie P. Hoffman is a founding partner of HD Collaborative Law, a Waterloo-based firm focused on collaborative practice and mediation. After more than 20 years practising traditional family law litigation, she shifted her focus to consensual dispute resolution as an alternative to court. Hoffman advises separating or divorcing couples, and prepares cohabitation, pre-nuptial and marriage contracts, drawing on additional training for high-conflict separation negotiations.
