David W. Dolson was called to the bar in 1981 and is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, where he obtained his LL.B. in 1979 and an LL.M. in tax law in 1986. His practice focuses on real estate transactions, private mortgage financing, and real-estate related litigation, including mortgage remedies for private investors and enforcement of agreements of purchase and sale.
