David R. Francoeur

About David

David R. Francoeur was born in Camrose and is a fifth-generation Camrosian, raised in Lethbridge. He obtained a B.A. at Augustana before furthering his studies at the University of Calgary and the University of Montreal, then earned his law degree at the University of Wales in the United Kingdom. He articled and worked at Swist and Company in Edmonton starting in 1996, then worked as in-house counsel for public companies in London, Dublin, and Singapore from 1996 through 2005. David joined KJF Law and became a partner in 2012, and leads the firm's Viking office. He is a City of Camrose Councillor and has served on the boards of the Bailey Theatre Society, St. Mary's Hospital, and the Downtown Camrose Board. David and his wife Sharon are raising three children.
