David's practice is mainly focused on insurance defence and personal injury, with extensive experience in motor vehicle and slip and fall tort litigation. He has tried motor vehicle and coverage actions at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has appeared many times before the Workplace Safety and Appeal Tribunal.
