About David

David John Syvitski is a family law lawyer who recently relocated his practice from Dauphin, Manitoba to Swan River. He grew up in Winnipeg, spent his teenage years in Vancouver, and returned to Manitoba to complete his law degree at Robson Hall, the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba, articling in Dauphin after graduation. He was called to the Manitoba bar in 2021. His practice is limited to family law, and he says he draws on both real-world and legal experience to help families work through separation, custody, and other domestic legal matters.
