David Borg practices corporate and commercial law, including business acquisitions and sales, incorporations, shareholder agreements, and commercial lease negotiations, and he leads Day + Borg's family and matrimonial law practice. He holds a J.D. from Bond University and a business administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, and he's a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Peel Law Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
