David Gray was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1999 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law in 1997. He established his boutique commercial law office in 2019 after 20 years practising business law in downtown Toronto firms, focusing on licensing, franchising and trademark matters.
