About David

David Ferland is a partner practising civil litigation, administrative and municipal law and real estate, particularly contractual disputes, tenders and administrative law matters, and has developed a civil procedure specialty. He co-authored a chapter of the Précis de procédure civile du Québec and chaired the Barreau de Québec's liaison committee with the Superior Court.
