About David
David Crossley grew up in Nelson after his family moved from Calgary in 1996. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2016 and a law degree from the University of Exeter in England in 2019, where he represented the university in national and international client interviewing competitions. He returned to Nelson in 2020 to complete Canada's national accreditation exams, working as a legal assistant at Pearkes & Fernandez in the meantime, and split his articles between the firm and Nasmyth Morrow & Bogusz. He was called to the bar in 2023 and joined Pearkes & Fernandez as an associate, building a litigation practice.
