About Darcy
Darcy Romaine is a trial lawyer who focuses on cases involving complex liability and catastrophic injuries, particularly municipal negligence claims. He received his LL.B. from Osgoode Hall in 2002 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2003. He is a former director of the York Region Law Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and in 2023 was appointed to the Civil Rules Committee by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
