About Daniel
Daniel Ebady serves as of counsel to Cervantes Law Firm and brings significant trial experience before the Ontario Superior Court. He began his career at a litigation firm, where he worked across corporate, commercial, construction, and employment matters. On the transactional side, he now advises mid-size and larger businesses on commercial and corporate deals, and he counsels government and public-sector clients on procurement obligations, with particular attention to compliance with domestic and international trade agreements. His practice today spans a broad commercial litigation caseload, and he advocates for clients at every level of court. Daniel earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2020, and he was called to the bar in 2021. He also completed a Public Procurement Service Program through National Education Consulting Inc.
