About Daniel

Dan's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and structuring, and major asset transactions, with a significant emphasis on commercial and multifamily real estate. He facilitates real property acquisitions, divestitures and project financing for real estate portfolio holders, developers and public authorities, and has particular experience in partnership law and structuring limited partnerships across industries. Dan chairs the firm's real estate practice and serves on its Executive Committee.
