About Cosimo

Cosimo Crupi is the founding principal of Crupi Law Professional Corporation, practising commercial real estate law and business law. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, land acquisition, financing and development, and leasing, and he advises clients on business formation, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. He earned his law degree from the University of Windsor in 1981 and was called to the bar in 1983.
