About Colin

Colin R. Singer is a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec and has practised immigration law for more than 35 years. Since 1994, Singer has led immigration.ca, the longest continuously operating online immigration platform in Canada. Singer handles Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Program, family sponsorship, intra-company transfer, study permit and citizenship matters, as well as business immigration and appeals of refused visa and immigration decisions. Singer has testified before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Citizenship and Immigration, has contributed to Law360 (LexisNexis) since 2015 and to national media including the Financial Post, and has served as a Governor of the Fondation du Barreau du Québec since 2009.
