About Colin

Colin J.M. Fraser practises civil litigation, criminal law, family law, real estate, and wills and estates. Fraser was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2008 after earning a law degree from Dalhousie Law School in 2007, having completed an undergraduate degree at Carleton University in 2000 and further studies at the University of Wolverhampton in the United Kingdom in 2006. Fraser has appeared at all levels of the courts in Nova Scotia, and served as the Member of Parliament for West Nova from 2015 to 2019 before returning to law practice.
