About Claude

Claude Auger holds an LL.B. from Université de Montréal and has been admitted to the Barreau du Québec since 1986. Claude Auger practises in family law (divorce, separation, child custody, child support), real estate law (mortgage remedies, condominium issues, latent and construction defects), and the law of persons (protective mandates, tutorship, curatorship). Claude Auger is an accredited family mediator and has served as a guest lecturer on professional ethics and legal issues in the doctoral psychology program at UQTR. Claude Auger has also served as a fee arbitrator and chair of a fee arbitration committee appointed by the Barreau du Québec.
