About Cindy

Cindy Duchesne founded her family law firm in 2010. Before qualifying as a lawyer and family mediator, she worked for close to ten years as a paralegal across several areas of law, eventually focusing on family law out of personal interest. Duchesne represents and advises clients on divorce, separation, child custody and child and spousal support, and is accredited in family mediation, helping separated parents reach amicable agreements on property division and parenting arrangements.
