About Christina
Christina Wallis founded Wallis Law in Belleville after withdrawing from the partnership at Dale & Lessmann LLP in downtown Toronto, where she practised for 15 years. She focuses on civil litigation and employment law, advising both employers and employees on employment contracts, independent contractor agreements, workplace policies, terminations and wrongful dismissal claims. Wallis also handles commercial litigation, debtor remedies, mortgage enforcement, construction lien law and human rights matters, and has represented banks, lenders, landlords, property management companies and funeral directors. She is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Construction Law Certificate. Since July 2025 she has also served as counsel to Linmac LLP in Toronto. Wallis is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Hastings County Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society, and sits on the board of directors of the Belleville Chamber of Commerce.
