About Chris

Chris Lavier is a trial lawyer specializing in all court matters and appellate advocacy, appearing regularly at the Saskatchewan Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal. He has represented clients from across Western Canada and has appeared before the Provincial Courts of British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba, the Manitoba Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court of Appeal. His practice covers criminal defence, corporate and contract litigation, and estate litigation, along with matters ranging from small claims assistance to complex corporate litigation and appeals. He teaches Civil Procedure at the College of Law and serves as Vice President and Program Coordinator of the Saskatoon Criminal Defence Lawyers Association, and regularly volunteers with legal organizations and pro bono assistance programs.
