About Charles
Charles B. Ticker is a mediator and former estate litigator with over 40 years of experience who now restricts his practice to mediating estate disputes. He received a B.Sc. (Honours Psychology) from McGill University and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1980, and trained as a mediator at Harvard Law School in 2007. He has been listed in Best Lawyers in Canada for Trusts and Estates from 2021 through 2024.
