About Caroline

Caroline McPhail is an associate lawyer at SpenceDrake Tax Law, holding a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and a Master of Museum Studies from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom. McPhail completed an articling term at another Toronto tax law firm before joining SpenceDrake, and studied individual and corporate taxation, corporate law, trusts and real estate law while at U of T. McPhail volunteered with Artists Legal Advice Services, a clinic providing summary legal advice to artists and creators in Ontario, and worked in the collections and archives departments of several UK heritage organizations, including the National Theatre, St. Paul's Cathedral and Shakespeare's Globe Library and Archive, while studying in the United Kingdom.
