About Caroline

Caroline Baillairgé has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2012. She earned a bachelor of laws (LL.B.) from Université Laval in 2008, a Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Ottawa in 2009, and a master of laws (LL.M.) from the University of Ottawa in 2012. She practised litigation in family law, youth protection and real estate law before becoming an accredited mediator in 2024, and now focuses her practice on family mediation, helping separating spouses and partners reach agreements on parenting arrangements, support and division of property. She volunteers with Justice ProBono and is a member of the Association des familialistes de Québec and the Institut des médiateurs familiaux du Québec.
