About Camille
Camille T. Dumais has been a partner of the firm since 2021, having worked closely for seven years with her mentor, founding partner Yvan Savard, before his retirement and her takeover of the practice. She has more than ten years of experience and focuses her practice on family law and civil litigation in the Quebec judicial district and surrounding areas. Admitted to the Barreau du Quebec in 2014, Camille T. Dumais has handled significant unjust enrichment and compensatory allowance files involving related corporate law issues, including before the Quebec Court of Appeal, and has developed experience with matrimonial disputes involving domestic violence. On the civil side, she regularly handles real estate mandates, including hidden defects and real estate brokerage matters, and also practices in estate litigation. She is also involved in significant files with DA Avocats of Montreal and pleads regularly in the Montreal district and surrounding areas.
