About Caila

Caila MacLeod founded Western Legal to serve clients in Edson and throughout Yellowhead County. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Alberta and a Juris Doctor with Honours from Bond University. While in law school she worked as a research assistant focused on franchise law, an experience that helped shape her interest in small business and corporate law. Coming from a family that has always owned small businesses, Caila has a particular focus on helping business owners navigate legal issues as their companies grow. Her practice covers real estate transactions, small business and corporate law, and estates planning and administration.
