About Bruce
The Honourable Bruce M. Greyell, K.C., is one of Roper Greyell's founding partners. He practised for 41 years as a labour and employment lawyer and arbitrator before being called to the bench in 2009, retiring from the Supreme Court of British Columbia in November 2017 and rejoining the firm in a mentorship capacity until April 2020. He served as one of two federally appointed Commissioners investigating labour relations at West Coast ports in 1996 and acted for the BC and Canada Labour Relations Boards on judicial review applications. He holds an LLB from the University of British Columbia (1967), was called to the British Columbia bar in 1968, and was named King's Counsel in 2006.
