About Brian

Brian obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alberta in 2019 and was a partner with one of Red Deer's largest general practice firms before starting Red Deer Legal to offer more tailored legal solutions. He favours effective advocacy through negotiation, mediation, and other alternative dispute resolution processes, but is also an uncompromising litigator who has represented clients in the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and various boards and tribunals. He is a trained mediator who helps parties resolve civil, estate, and family disputes outside of court.
