About Braedan

Braedan Fitzpatrick is an associate lawyer at KSW Lawyers practising real estate and corporate law. Fitzpatrick holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University (2024) and a BA in Sociology and Law and Society from the University of Calgary (2020). Fitzpatrick's practice covers commercial and residential real estate transactions, corporate structuring, leasing and development, and share and asset transactions. During law school Fitzpatrick was a finalist in the Hockey Arbitration Competition of Canada and serves as an executive for the Canadian Bar Association's Employment Law Section.
