About Bijan
Bijan Ahmadian is the founder of Sager Law. A lawyer since 2013, he advises clients on structures for minimizing or deferring taxes, reducing liabilities, and maximizing options for exiting an investment, combining experience in real estate, corporate, and tax law with strategic thinking to advance clients' objectives in complex business disputes. His representative work includes acting for a borrower in a $102 million shopping mall refinancing, a purchaser in a $45 million industrial property acquisition and financing, and a seller in a complex multi-entity tax reorganization. He also succeeded in a rare third-party application to remove opposing counsel in Samadi v. Sayari.
