About Benoit

Perras has practised in construction law for more than 25 years, advising and representing industrial, commercial and institutional contractors before the courts in disputes over debt claims, legal hypothecs of construction, extras and credit disputes, tendering rules, BSDQ code compliance, standard ACC contracts and bonding. A significant part of his practice also involves advising clients in commercial and real estate law and corporate matters such as incorporation, shareholder agreements and business sales.
