About Barinder
Barinder Sanghera is a partner at Sanghera Sandhar Law Group, focusing on immigration law and personal injury law, including ICBC claims. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1994, majoring in finance, and then completed his Bachelor of Laws at the same university. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1998 and has since handled immigration applications, appeals, and Federal Court matters, as well as claims for people injured in car accidents. Barinder previously chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Member Services Committee and belongs to the Law Society of British Columbia and the CBA's immigration and insurance law subsections. He has led seminars and appeared on radio and television to discuss legal issues.
