About Aydin

Aydin Rezazadeh is an articled student at Nasser Allan LLP, supporting the firm's family law litigation practice through legal research, analysis, and file preparation. He assists the firm's lawyers with matters involving separation and divorce, complex financial and property issues in high-net-worth files, and high-conflict parenting and support disputes. Before law school, he gained research and analytical experience through legal research roles involving case law review and written analysis. Aydin holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Durham University (2022), an LL.M. in Healthcare Ethics and Law from the University of Manchester (2023), and an LL.M. in Common Law from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia (2025), where he received the LLM CL Top Graduating Student Award. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (British Columbia), and the Trial Lawyers Association of British Columbia.
