About Atif

Atif Hasan is an associate at Toor Law practicing civil litigation, personal injury, and criminal defence. In litigation, he has represented clients in debt recovery, business, builders' lien, condominium, employment, and insurance-related disputes, and in personal injury matters he has obtained settlements in motor vehicle accident and slip and fall cases. His criminal law work includes impaired driving, assault, domestic violence, break and enter, and fraud charges, and he has negotiated early withdrawals of charges in a number of files.
