About Anouk

Anouk Benzacar practises family law and mediation in Quebec and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1995. She helps separating and divorcing couples resolve custody, support, and property division issues, generally favoring negotiated settlement and mediation over full litigation. When a case cannot be resolved outside court, she represents clients in family court proceedings. She also conducts family mediation sessions that are subsidized in part by the Ministère de la Justice du Québec for couples with dependent children.
