About Amir

Amir Mirza is the founding and managing lawyer of Mirza Law, a nationally recognized advocate for employees facing discrimination, harassment, severance, and wrongful termination. He graduated with honours from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law and the University of Waterloo, and began his career at leading Ontario litigation firms focused on plaintiff-side personal injury work. Since founding Mirza Law in 2017, he has built one of Ontario's plaintiff-side employment practices and leads the firm's employment and long-term disability groups. He is licensed to practise in Ontario, is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and works on contingency, representing employees and disability claimants across Ontario and federally regulated workers nationwide.
