About Althea

Mitchell founded Adlai Law, a Shelburne firm practising business law, real estate, immigration and civil litigation. She trained internationally, earning her law degree from Coventry University in the UK and a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. Before founding the firm she worked as a legal assistant and legal research assistant at a Toronto Bay Street firm and later at a personal injury firm, and volunteered with a Citizens Advice Bureau. She also founded Impact Business Hub, a co-working space for women entrepreneurs, and has been recognized on Canada's 100 Black Women to Watch list.
