His practice covers commercial and corporate law, civil and elder law, and litigation, and he has represented seniors and their families in matters such as incapacity mandates, powers of attorney, wills and estates, and curatorship proceedings. He is the author of a legal text on elder law in Canada and has written and lectured on retirement planning and estate preparedness. He has served on the boards of several community and health organizations in Montreal, including the Fondation du CSS Cavendish, and was a governor of the Fondation du Barreau du Québec.
