About Alex

Alex Sutton is the founder and managing lawyer of Sutton Law, leading the firm's immigration, family law and litigation practice. He is licensed by the Law Society of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, having appeared before the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Immigration Appeal Division, the Federal Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Family Courts and Small Claims Courts. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Kyiv National University of Ukraine and completed a Professional LL.M. in Canadian Common Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, in 2021.
