About Agnieszka

Agnieszka Swierzbinska has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since December 2015 and of the Law Society of Ontario since September 2019. She opened her own general law practice in downtown Montréal in December 2015, after being sworn in as a notary for Québec from February 2007 to November 2015. Her practice covers business registration and corporate minute books, bulk sales and share sales, charitable organization registration, estate settlement, changes of name, adoption, mandate homologation, and protection regimes for incapacitated minors and adults, along with permanent residency applications. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Diploma in Notarial Law from the Université de Montréal, and offers services in English, French and Polish, with beginner-level Hebrew and Spanish.
