About Adana

Adana Fraser practises criminal defence and refugee law, representing clients facing charges such as DUI, domestic assault, drug possession, theft, assault, sexual assault and attempted murder. She also assists newcomers with refugee claims, family sponsorships and permanent residency matters. Fraser earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and completed further honours training at the Hugh Wooding Law School in Trinidad and Tobago. She has over 15 years of legal experience and has been practising in Chatham-Kent since 2022. In 2026 she received the Hugh Burnett Change-maker and Social Justice Award at the Chatham-Kent Black Excellence Awards and Gala.
