Charthouse Law Corporation, operating as Charthouse Lawyers, is a small firm based in downtown Sechelt on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast. It's the successor firm to the Lois Potter Law Office and, before that, Jones & Whitely, and the firm says its team of allied professionals brings almost 100 years of combined experience to the practice. Charthouse handles business law, real estate (residential and commercial), estate planning and probate, and law for non-profit organizations, working with a client base the firm describes as ranging from doctors to developers, arborists to accountants.

Managing lawyer Spencer Keys holds degrees in law, philosophy, and political science along with a diploma in accounting from the University of British Columbia, and is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) certified by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the only TEP designation on the Sunshine Coast according to the firm. Keys was recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for corporate law and real estate law for 2026 to 2027, which the firm notes makes it British Columbia's only rural firm with that recognition in those categories. The firm's real estate work is supported by a project manager and conveyancer who has more than 10 years of experience in the field and grew up on the Coast.
