Bahar M. Law Corporation is a solo law and notary practice with an office in the Ambleside area of West Vancouver, British Columbia. Bahar Mashreghi holds a B.A. and a J.D., graduating from the University of British Columbia Law School with the Juris Doctor, and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since September 2008. Before opening this practice, Mashreghi spent several years at a downtown law firm focused on real estate and business transactions. Mashreghi grew up in West Vancouver and has spent most of the years since on the North Shore. It's a one-lawyer office rather than a larger team, so clients deal directly with Mashreghi on every file.

The practice covers residential and commercial real estate, including purchases and sales of single family homes, apartments, leasehold units, new developments, and commercial or warehouse space, along with residential and construction mortgages and refinancing. On the corporate side, it handles the sale of a business or franchise and ongoing corporate book maintenance and annual filings. The wills and probate side covers wills for individuals and couples, living wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and probate or letters of administration applications to the BC Supreme Court. As a notary, Mashreghi also certifies documents, prepares statutory declarations and affidavits, and drafts visa invitation letters and prenuptial or cohabitation agreements.
