Greg Beniston Law Corp is a solo business law practice based in Vancouver, British Columbia, run by lawyer Greg Beniston. Beniston brings more than 35 years of experience to the work, much of it built inside industry rather than at a law firm. Earlier career stops before this practice included senior legal positions at Tree Island Steel Ltd., CHC Helicopter Group, MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc., General Hydrogen Corp, Xillix Technologies Corp, and Motorola Canada, plus an early associate lawyer role at Fasken Martineau.

Beniston drafts and negotiates the documents that move a company through its life cycle: incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, partnership and shareholder agreements, and share or asset purchase agreements. The practice also handles software licensing, confidentiality, manufacturing, distribution, and consulting agreements, with particular experience in technology, medical devices, fuel cells, aviation, and cannabis related ventures. Beniston holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours Commerce) from Simon Fraser University, and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. The firm meets clients by appointment and offers the first 30 minutes of a consultation at no charge.
