Chand & Company Law Corporation is a small immigration law firm in downtown Vancouver, founded in 2007 by Gabriel Chand. It focuses entirely on Canadian immigration, citizenship, refugee, and human rights law, working with clients on both sides of the immigration system: individuals applying through Express Entry or a provincial nomination program, refugee claimants seeking protection before the Immigration and Refugee Board, and Canadian employers seeking a Labour Market Impact Assessment to hire foreign workers. The firm also represents clients in judicial review applications at the Federal Court and in inadmissibility proceedings and appeals before the Immigration and Refugee Board.

Chand has appeared as lead counsel in proceedings before the Supreme Court of Canada and has argued cases before the Immigration and Refugee Board, the Federal Court, the British Columbia Provincial Court, the British Columbia Supreme Court, and the British Columbia Court of Appeal. Chand has also taught at the University of British Columbia for over 20 years and spent over 15 years serving as a public representative on the discipline committees that oversee Canada's regulated immigration consultants, including the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants. The office lists Chand as its only lawyer, working from a single Burrard Street address rather than multiple locations.
