Buckley Hogan Law Office traces its roots to 1968, when Glen J. Buckley opened a law practice on Scott Road, the first lawyer in that stretch of North Delta and Surrey. J. Wayne Buckley, the founder's brother, joined the practice in 1974, with a practice that consisted of company and real estate work, before retiring on December 31, 1999. Sean Hogan joined the firm in 1986, and Rand Buckley, the founder's son, joined in 1989. On January 1, 2001, Hogan and Rand Buckley bought the practice and renamed it Buckley Hogan Law Office, the name it's carried since.
The firm today is a six lawyer general practice working from the Payal Business Centre on 128th Street in Surrey.
